Comforts of nicely furnished family room with a bed or couch for my son were fabulous. The pool area was heated and the location was good and excellent, very close to many restaurants, major attractions such as Universal Studios, Los Angeles Zoo, and Griffith Park and the park or Hollywood Blvd. The breakfast included coffee, tea, toast, muesli, and muffins, thoroughly enjoyed this place.

The location was magnificent and unbeatable, not far from Yamashiro Sushi restaurant which was amazing with great views, Universal City / Theme Park, and the main attractions Universal Studios and easily accessible.

My room was upgraded to include a jacuzzi bathtub. The hotel's location is unbeatable, just a stone's throw away from the Hollywood Walk of Fame and other attractions like Universal City/Theme Park.

The staff are lovely and awesome. The units are new-fashioned and huge with a king bed.- The breakfast is served in the restaurant.

We loved how friendly the staff was during our last-minute booking. The room was perfect for our group of 5 and the beds were very comfortable. The hotel is conveniently close to the theme park, so we didn't have to pay for parking. The complimentary breakfast was a great way to start the day.
